In December 2020, I was diagnosed with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS), a condition that has significantly impacted my life. Today, I want to talk about how this diagnosis led me to a deeper understanding of nutrition and my decision to pursue weight loss surgery.
Understanding PCOS
When I first learned about my diagnosis, I felt a mix of emotions—confusion, frustration, and a sense of urgency to take control of my health.
